Personal data is defined as any data that can be used to identify a living person, directly or indirectly.
It includes things such as a name, photo, email address, personal bank or medical details, or a computer IP address.
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC. It was designed designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe and to protect EU citizens’ data privacy.
RDK Consulting will never sell or distribute or make public your personal information.
For the day-to-day running of the business it is necessary to collect certain user information. This website uses:
Google Analytics (GA) is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports on the user’s interactions with the site. Each time you visit the site, the code tracks information about your visit, for instance how long you are on a certain page.
GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, but does not personally identify you. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor.
Contacting RDK Consulting
This website has a contact form and also email links, e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org. This information is sent via SMTP and not recorded elsewhere i.e. it arrives in the company email inbox.
Email correspondence is an everyday part of running a business and a necessary communication tool. We use Gmail to log in and read and respond to emails. Your email addresses are stored there but the account is password protected.
Personal information stored by RDK Consulting
No personal data is stored on this website. However, this website was built using WordPress which uses databases to store the site content as well as user information (the administrative team). We list future events on the site and these often contain links to the performers personal site (always with their approval).
